Turbo kit BMW M30 2.5L to 3.5L 12V - stage 1

 Easy to assemble, this standard kit is perfect for inexpensive preparation with little mechanical work to do.

If you wish, you can then move on to stage 2 or stage 3 very simply.   

For people who do not wish to reprogram or install a programmable computer, we offer an adjustment kit for your turbo conversion.

- Replace your gauges in your kit with those from the ProSport range. To do this, simply add the Prosport option to your basket.

- Replace your pressure gauges in your kit with those from the digital ProSport EVO range including AFR Wideband and its 0-5V Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor (essential for monitoring your combustion). To do this, simply add the Prosport EVO option to your basket.

- Turbo adaptable T3/T4 or GARRETT GT3076R ball bearings. (see variations)

- Wastegate Internal or External Adaptable 44mm or External Garrett GVW-45

- Specific stainless steel exhaust downpipe 2.5" 63mm

- Avia hose and oil connections for the turbo

- Universal intercooler tubes, stainless steel collars and braided silicone hoses

- Intercooler 530x170x60 or 450x300x76 or 600x300x76 of your choice to be specified by email.

- Turbo pressure regulator

- Turbo pressure gauge (with T and hoses)

- Exhaust gas temperature gauge (with probe)

- Detailed and illustrated instructions for mounting a turbo kit and settings (basic mechanical skills to carry out the assembly)

NB:

  • The companionway will have to be modified to suit RHD vehicles.
  • We recommend the use of our turbo blankets and thermal protection for the ignition cables very close to the turbo.
  • We strongly advise you to use an external wastegate configuration for M30B30 / M30B35 engines to avoid the "Boost Creep" phenomenon.
  • For the M30B30 and M30B35, we advise you to opt for the GT3582 or the GBC35-700, as our T3T4 has an exhaust casing that may be too small for the cubic capacity.
