Mercedes engine turbo kit M103 2.6L/ 3.0L - Stage 1

Maximum 70hp gain at 0.6 bar turbo pressure.

Easy to set up, this stage 1 is perfect for inexpensive preparation with little mechanics to do. Simple adjustments by keeping the CIS K-Jetronic system.

If you wish, you can then move to Stage 2.

- Replace your gauges in your kit with those from the ProSport range. To do this, simply add the Prosport option to your basket.

- Replace your pressure gauges in your kit with those from the digital ProSport EVO range including AFR Wideband and its 0-5V Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor (essential for monitoring your combustion). To do this, simply add the Prosport EVO option to your basket.

- Specific exhaust manifold turbo cast iron. The manifold is tested and not restrictive for up to 580 bhp

- Turbo hybrid T3/T4 or Garrett GT3076R

- Internal Wastegate or External Wastegate adaptable 38mm or External Wastegate Turbosmart Gen-V UltraGate 38mm

- Universal Exhaust Downpipe Ø2.5". Easy to mount and steerable with V-Band system

- Inlet hose and oil return + various fixing threaded fittings

- Intercooler 530x170x60mm

- Universal intercooler tubing (with clamps and hoses)

- Silicone adapter for intake manifold

- Probe sandwich plate and turbo oil supply

- Turbo pressure regulator with hoses

- Turbo pressure gauge (with T and hoses)

It is advisable to purchase a lambda wideband sensor/gauge to be able to correctly adjust the CIS K-Jet injection.
