VW 1.8L & 2.0L 16s - Stage 3 - Turbo Kit

Turbo kit VAG -1.8L & 2.0L 16s- Stage 3

Estimated power from 250 to 350hp depending on the settings. Very significant increase in torque.

An ECU tune or installing a standalone Ecu is is necessary.

The Stage 3 requires to open the engine to install decompression plate. This may be an opportunity for engine rebuilding.

Details of the products in this kit:

- Specific turbo manifold T25 or T3

- Turbo-Hybrid T3/T4 or GARRETT GT3076R ball bearings or Turbo-Hybrid GT2860, GT2871 ou GARRETT GT2860RS ou GARRETT GT2871

- Internal / external wastegate 

- Downpipe

- Aviation hose inlet oil AND oil return + various fitting threaded mounting

- Intercooler all-aluminum 530x170x60mm (or other available sizes, see "intercooler")

- Universal intercooler tubes (straight and angled with clamps and hoses)

- Blow off valve with its attachment to the tube

- Decompression plate (2 head gaskets needed on each side of this plate)

- 4x Large 440cc injectors flow (not compatible with K injection)

- Fuel pump Walbro high flow 255L/h

- Fuel pressure regulator with hose.

- Turbo pressure regulator with hose.

- Boost gauge (with T and hoses)

- Oil pressure gauge (with probe)

- Lambda-gauge (to connect to the original lambda probe)

- Exhaust gas temperature gauge (with probe)
