When trying to optimize or tune an engine, it can happen that the original fuel pump is no longer able to supply enough fuel, which can lead to disastrous consequences, including engine damage due to knocking excessive (lean mixture and overheating).

To reinforce the reliability of the mechanical system, the installation of a Walbro petrol pump of 255 litres/hour is an excellent solution. This high capacity pump meets the needs of advanced fuel preparations, capable of continuously supplying sufficient power to 4 injectors of 1000 cc/min at a pressure of 3 bars, which is suitable for preparations that can exceed 400 horsepower.

It is important to note that a high flow fuel pump by itself does not increase the power of the vehicle. Rather, its role is to replace a worn or insufficient original pump and to meet an increased demand for fuel flow in applications with high turbo pressures, larger injectors or other specific modifications.

Universal mounting:

Mounts on any tank with a submerged pump. it suffices to tighten the pump against the plunger thanks to rilsan collars for example.

Finally, all that remains is to connect the 2 electrical wires and the fuel hose.
